Breakfast Burritos
Yummy tray of breakfast burritos (20 of them) ready to head to the west side of the state for the holiday weekend. I've been making a lot of these lately as they're just so handy to have around. This batch is filled with spicy sausage, potatoes, cheese and eggs (thanks backyard chickens!). I usually make them with bell peppers and onions too but kept this batch simple. They're perfect for camping since you can freeze them and just reheat as needed, or for quick "grab-and-go" breakfasts. I serve them with salsa and sour cream.
