Blessings Box

In my house I have this Blessings Box. It was a gift from a friend, filled with goodies. I think of her every time I see it. There is usually paper and a pen with the box. I encouraged my family to jot down things, people or events that are a blessing for them. Now, I live in a world of guys so I doubt they've put many notes in. But I do. Sometimes I date them, other times I don't. When I'm struggling I will pull a slip or two and read them. It never fails to lift my spirits and remind me of all the Blessings that surround me. Many of my friends are on these slips. Today my blessing is my family and friends that fill me with so much joy, laughter and support. I am blessed.
